At GEZUBUSO Projects, everything revolves around people – together, all the children and young adults at both homes, the foster mothers, co-workers, volunteers and management, therefore make up GEZUBUSO Projects.

GEZUBUSO Projects is registered as a non-profit, non-governmental aid organisation (NPO & NGO) in South Africa since 2004.

GEZUBUSO Projects has two homes – called SUNSHINE HOUSE – for foster mothers and their foster children: one is located at the headquarters of GEZUBUSO Projects on 36 West Street, Pietermaritzburg, and the other in Nxamalala (Sweetwaters) approx. 25 km outside of Pietermaritzburg.

The headquarters also house facilities to host the training & qualification courses and the office of GEZUBUSO Projects.

The gardening projects are partly organised at the headquarters, with the gardens in very different locations.
